Recommended Coffees: Rockbrook Espresso

Grind Size: Espresso

Measurements to Brew a Shot: 18-21 grams of coffee (if machine does not have a grinder)

Instructions

1. Turn on and preheat your machine.
2. Prepare your coffee:
   • If your machine does not have a grinder, add Espresso ground coffee to the portafilter - we recommend 18-21 grams of coffee.
   • If your machine has a grinder, fill the hopper with beans.
3. Tamp the espresso in the portafilter.
4. Insert the portafilter into the group head and lock into place.
5. Start the brew process and stop the shot when it reaches desired volume.
6. Remove portafilter and knockout spent puck.
7. Serve on its own or steam and add milk as desired.
